- Cleanup blues smashed the diamonds on the drop once the bass shut off.

Bait was thick on the south side — peanut bunker and sand eels. Keep it on the troll until you mark fish, then commit to the jig. Heavier diamonds got down faster in the rip.

The note about matching the sand-eel profile with a smaller jig was the whole game. Hooked up within an hour of reading this.
