FishnTell is a marketplace connecting recreational anglers with professional captains who publish and sell fishing reports. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

All purchased content is licensed for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, screenshotting for distribution, or otherwise redistributing purchased reports or messages outside FishnTell is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Captains retain ownership of their reports; buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license.

Premium reports are priced by captains within platform bounds. FishnTell retains a 10% platform commission on sales; a 3% processing fee applies to buyers. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe, PayPal).

Reviews use structured questions about the quality and usefulness of a report and the captain's responsiveness. Reviews must reflect the report — not fishing luck. Abusive or fraudulent reviews may be removed.

Captains apply and are reviewed by the FishnTell team before they can publish. Captains are responsible for the accuracy of their reports.
